Everything You Need to Know

My goal is to make my customers smile when they see my decorations or Balloon Arrangements.  I been doing  good with God's help and very happy with the blessings he gives me everyday, and I am very thankful that he blesses my hands to make these decorations.

I want my payback to be smiles and happiness from the customers receiving my arrangements and decorations. My wish is to make this world a better world with Balloons. LD #ballonista

  • How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend at least 2 to 4 weeks notice, but depending on season we can accommodate with 24 to 48 hour notice.
  • Payment Agreement?
We accept all major credit cards, we also accept Zelle, and Venmo. There is a nonrefundable deposit of 10% or $100 whichever is greater, this nonrefundable deposit is due to book your date, the remaining balance is due 24 to 48 hours before the event date. (No personal Checks)
  • How do I pick my colors?
We will send you a color palette picture for approval, the balloon brand we use is Gemar (100% biodegradable), sometimes we also incorporate Qualatex, Tuftex and Betallatex once the colors are approved we move on to the booking information.

For Outdoor events they can last a few hours depending on heat, the balloons expand with heat and pop. For Indoor events they can last you weeks as long as they are at room temperature.
  • How long do you need to setup an event?
It depends on how much decoration needs to be done, normally we ask the client to give us at least 2 to 3 hours before the event, but if is not possible we can work with what the Venue or Restaurant allows.
  • Can I send you a picture of what I want for my event?
Definitely, we can use your pictures for inspiration.
  • How Long Helium Balloons last?
Normally the standard 12" inch balloons can last you up to 7 hours (without Hi float) 19", 24" and 31" can last you up to 1 week.
  • Is Hi Float recommended?
Yes when you are planning to have an event longer than 7 hours.
  • Can you set up an event the day before?
Yes, is possible, but again, it all depends if is outdoors or indoors and what kind of decoration you are asking for.
